DMLC Book Club – Keep coming back!
(This page opens in a new window)

The DMLC Book Club is an informal group that meets the third Monday of each month at 6:30 at Books & Company (in Whitman Plaza, Summit Avenue and Thackary Trail 567-0106) to talk about books. We are not literary scholars, or even avid readers. But we do enjoy listening to or reading books and then sharing our reactions. Sometimes we don't actually like everything about the book that's been chosen, but usually we like the books, and we love the people. Please join us any month you can. No need to sign up ahead of time.

The DMLC Book Club sits in the corner at the book store, but we are not quiet.  Moms with children, Dad’s on a night out, singles, grandparents - all show up to discuss the latest book. Most have read the book or at least part of it.  Some have not, but want to listen to the ideas.  Some listen to the book on tape or CD; it’s easier on the eyes and a productive way to use driving time.
