  Message
God speaks to us in the desires of our hearts.  He gives us an inclination toward that to which He calls us. Sometimes we get so caught up in the day to day demands that we become out of touch with our deepest longings. We may fail to recognize the voice of the One who is calling to us through our desires.  We do not understand that it is God.  Our inner life has been divorced from our outer life. Do you ever feel like there is something you long for but can’t name? Our true identity, our reason for being, is to be found in this desire.  Have you ever thought of this as a new way to be with God and coming home to your truest self?

Help me guard it and cling to You

Help me to trust the desires of my heart.

Help me to live fully, intentionally, and vibrantly

in a way that honors You.
