Message
Sometimes, we feel as though our lives take on a momentum of their own.  We don’t exercise or eat right because we’re too busy. We rush around robbing ourselves of sleep and precious rest that rebuilds and rejuvenates us. We give our relationships the time when we are most tired and least emotionally available.  Why? We are too busy!  But, too busy doing what?

Food for Thought

      What is truly important to you?

Are your days full of the things that matter most to you?

What makes you the woman God created you to be?

Make a list of things that you love.

Prayer

Dear God,

May my heart not deviate from the things of goodness.

May I see behind the masks I wear and the illusions of this world.

I surrender to You my doings this day.

Make me the person You would have me be.

Direct my footsteps that I might know the joy of being used by You.
