August Wishing Well - Final Push!!

The Dr. Martin Luther Church Outreach Ministry Team’s August Wishing Well is sponsoring a School Supply Drive for the children served by St. Ben’s Capuchin Community Services.

The deadline to drop off donations is Wednesday, August 19th, so that they can be delivered to St. Ben’s the following day. You can purchase individual items or drop off a filled backpack. Please refer to the school supply list included below or available on the DMLC website.

God’s Work, Our Hands  

The Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) annual day of service is an opportunity to celebrate who we are as one church, freed in Christ to love and serve our neighbor.

This year, on Sunday, September 13th (also Rally Day for Sunday School), DMLC will hold a one-day food drive for the Oconomowoc Food Pantry. We invite everyone to bring in donations of unopened, unexpired, non-perishable, and shelf-stable food items or personal hygiene products.

In addition, we invite members of the congregation to help with some light maintenance of the church building. More information regarding these activities will be shared as we get closer to September 13th.
