Outreach For Hope: Ride/Run/Walk

On Saturday, September 27th, Dr. Martin Luther Church will support the Greater Milwaukee Synod Outreach for Hope’s Ride/Run/Walk. They have moved the site in Waukesha County to the E.B. Shurts Building, Fox River Sanctuary. This new location was chosen because it offers indoor facilities that will allow participants to remain comfortable even in colder weather. It’s also the trailhead for the Glacial Drumlin Trail.

Outreach for Hope’s Executive Director, Pastor Chris Manke, says,

“This is more than an event. It’s a celebration of generosity, a visible witness to God’s love, and a chance to walk alongside our Ministry Partners who are making a difference in the lives of others.”

DMLC will be providing muffins and juice boxes, along with setting up breakfast for participants beginning at 7:00 am. Please sign up to help serve or donate items at the table in the Gathering Space outside the sanctuary.
